Colleagues in Christ,
Greetings in the name of our Great God and
Savior! I hope you had a good summer and the Lord is blessing your ministry.
On Tuesday, September 14 at 10 a.m. our
East Hawaii Ministerial Association will meet at Christ Lutheran Church (Kapliolani
St., just off Mohouli Street. Pastor Al Ebal from the Lutheran Church in Ewa
Beach, Oahu will speak to us on "The Use of Story in Preaching." Rev.
Ebal comes with preaching experience here
in Hawaii and on the mission field.
I
look forward to hearing his insights and seeing you there. If you know a fellow
pastor who has not been coming, bring them along.
We will again gather before our meeting
for prayer at 9:30 there at Christ Lutheran Church.
As we resume our meetings I hope you will
come prepared to share about events and ministries which are of interest to our
ohana in Christ. Also, I would like to know you suggestions about speakers or
topics for our future association meetings.
